3 DAYS SAFARI TO KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
Kibale National Park is located in western Uganda in Fort Portal which is approximately 295km from Kampala. The park is a home to a vast number of species of birds as well as the greatest variety and concentration of primates found anywhere in East Africa; 13 remarkable primate species, including L'Hoests and red colobus monkeys flourish within the park.

Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park.
Have your early morning breakfast at around 6:00am, Proceed to Kibale National Park. Have a brief stopover at Lake Nyabikere for photos of the panoramic view. Check in at the lodge.
In the evening, go for a guided nature walk. These nature walks through the forestof Kibale where one can get to feel the presence of nature air and learn about different flora and fauna species. Dinner and overnight stay Primate lodge/Bigodi Community lodge/Kibale safari lodge.
Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking
Take your morning breakfast, go for chimpanzee tracking, Kibale National park’s canopy influences the life of the rare primate chimpanzees making the park a very prominent destination for chimpanzee tracking. The chimpanzee groups involved are less accustomed to human presence than those visited on the Primate Walk and following and viewing them is both exciting and challenging. Dinner and overnight stay Primate lodge/Bigodi Community lodge/Kibale safari lodge.
Day 3: Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary and Departure
After your breakfast, go to the bigodi wetland sanctuary. This swamp has a lot to offer including bird watching, mammal species and the vegetation cover.
Head back at the lodge for lunch and after lunch, check out and embark on the journey back to Kampala. You will be dropped at the location of your choice or at the Airport for the departure flight.
